Sustainable Fashion with a Cause
The Hill’s & TEARS Re-Loved Fashion Show was a sustainable, purpose-driven event held over two evenings in November 2025.
This unique event saw Cape Town’s top designers transform garments and household materials found at the TEARS Thrift Shop into stunning runway creations.
Adoptable TEARS rescue dogs added charm to the show, walking the runway alongside the models. The event, hosted by comedian and radio personality Angel Campey, perfectly combined sustainability and compassion.
The show raised funds to directly support TEARS' vital services. Donations and auctions on select designer outfits and Hill’s pet food contributed to critical needs like sterilisations, vaccinations, collars, leads, and treatments for the animals in their care. The event successfully demonstrated that fashion can be both beautiful and deeply meaningful.
